After being closed for months, the main kitchen at the Chateau Laurier is being revitalized under the direction of Joe Thottungal and a brigade of volunteer top-chefs. The huge and well-equipped kitchen allows fewer chefs to prepare more meals while maintaining very wide distancing. This will provide a more robust supply of meals for vulnerable households.
